My ticket is not displayed in my myOMR account. What could be the reason?

As a ticket purchaser, the tickets will remain in your myOMR account under “Tickets” until they are linked to another account. If you enter an email address in the ticket data when purchasing a ticket that already has a myOMR account, the ticket will automatically be linked to this account.


So don't be surprised if not all of your purchased tickets are displayed. You should therefore first contact the person whose ticket is not displayed in your myOMR under “Tickets”. If you have any further questions, please contact us at ticket@omr.com.


💡 Tip

Make sure you know which email address you are logged into your account with, as each email address is linked to a separate account.
