How can I edit my ticket or change data?

If the personalization in your ticket is wrong (e.g. because your last name, your position, or your mail address has changed), you can easily change it yourself until shortly before the festival.

To do so, log in to your myOMR account. Navigate to “Tickets" and click on “Edit ticket”. Change the corresponding data and confirm once your done.


❗️Note

If you enter a new email address, the ticket will be sent to this address and can be linked to the desired myOMR account. Each mail address can only be used once in a ticket.
