How do I connect my ticket to myOMR account?

After your ticket purchase, your ticket was automatically linked to your myOMR account.

Not sure if it worked? Simply log into your myOMR account, go to “Tickets” in the navigation bar and check whether the ticket is there. If not, click on the “Connect ticket” button in the ticket email and log in to your account or register for the first time.


💡 Tip

Make sure you know which email address you are logged into your account with, as each email address is linked to a separate account. You can easily check this by clicking on “Account” in your account.

If you have bought several tickets, you can always see all the tickets you have bought and to whom you have personalized them in your myOMR account.
