Can I cancel my ticket?
No, all purchases are final (according to our Terms and Conditions).
However, you may transfer your ticket to another person via your myOMR account.
Please take the following steps to transfer your ticket:
1. Log in to your myOMR account and navigate to "Tickets" where you will find your ticket(s).
2. Click "Edit ticket."
3. Enter the corresponding data of the person you wish to assign the ticket to.
4. The ticket will then be sent to that person directly by email. They can now connect it to their myOMR account. If they do not have a myOMR account, they are required to create one. This is especially important if you want to apply for Masterclasses, Guided Tours or Side Events.
