I can't log in to the application tool. What now?
If you don't see any available tickets in the application tool, you still have to connect your ticket to your myOMR account.
To do so, go to the ticket mail and click on the button “Connect ticket.” Now you should be able to see the ticket in your myOMR dashboard as well as select it in the application tool (it's best to reload the page once before).
💡 Tip
It is best to reload the application tool page once you have linked your ticket or logged into another myOMR account.
