Since your order is an event ticket, it will always be issued with VAT. According to §3a (3) No. 5 UStG, this is a service subject to VAT in Germany. Ticket purchases are not subject to the reverse charge procedure. However, you have the possibility to get the VAT back through the EU refund procedure.
